How to Become an Affiliate Member

Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility

• Affiliate membership is for non‑surgeon professionals who support surgical care:
• Surgical assistants, physician assistants, RNs, NP’s, data registrars, program coordinators, office staff
• Non-surgeon physicians (e.g. anesthesiologists), PhDs, other allied health professionals
• Team members working in quality programs or surgical education and research

Step 2: Gather What You’ll Need

Have the following ready before starting your application. All documents must be in English.

Personal and Professional Information

• Employment details and education history
• Licensure or certification info (if applicable)
• Name of a current Fellow of the ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ (F¶¶Òõ´«Ã½) to be a reference.

Step 3: Create or Log Into Your ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ Account

To apply, you’ll need an ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ account.
